Hi there, I'm Craig Horvath!
I have spent all of my career working in the bankruptcy field. Bankruptcy is an excellent tool to bring relief for individuals experiencing financial distress. I love helping others and bankruptcy has helped many achieve financial relief. However, good people may need assistance with a loan modification, tax settlement or student loans but may not need to file for bankruptcy.
Through my bankruptcy experience, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in loan modifications, working with taxing authorities and seeing the financial crisis student loans can create. I am looking to help a larger population of people and want to help individuals utilize their rights to seek financial relief.
I look forward to speaking with you!

1) What Type Of Bankruptcy Is Right For Me?
2) Will I Be Forced To Give Up My Assets?
3) What Can I Do About Creditor Harassment?
4) How Long Does It Take To File For Bankruptcy?
5) Can I File On My Own?
Don't go at it alone. Working with a competent bankruptcy attorney to represent you is an insurance policy that your case will go through smoothly and you get your discharge, the first time. Filing on your own (pro-per) almost always requires more work: file multiple amendments, pay additional court fees, and attend multiple hearings. As such, it is almost always more expensive to hire an attorney after you file your own case to clean it up, then had you hired an attorney to begin with.
